KEEPING OUR FACILITY SAFE 

We strive to provide top-class services and facilities for our customers and seek to increase our business through word-of-mouth testimonials. It is our intention to maintain a very high standard for our current and future customers to enjoy. 

In order to achieve these standards, we require all clients to be fully aware of our terms and conditions and indicate their agreement to comply by placing their signature on our booking card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL PAWS PET MOTEL  hereinafter referred to as “All Paws” (which includes the proprietors and their servants and agents) agrees to exercise due and responsible care, handle pets with kindness and always place their welfare above all else. 
By complying with this contract, you agree to the following:
1. Owner or owner’s agent agrees to pay All Paws the nominated charge per calendar day (not per night).

2. All Paws is authorised to do whatever they deem necessary for the health and wellbeing of pets. In the event of pets requiring veterinary treatment, the owner gives consent to engage the services of a veterinarian and pay all related expenses. In the event of serious illness, if the owner cannot be contacted, the veterinarian’s decision shall be final.

3. All Pet vaccinations C5 for Dogs and F3 for cats must be done at least 2 weeks prior to boarding

4. Male pets must be desexed before bringing to All Paws.

5. In the event of your pet/s contracting a virus whilst in the care of All Paws, please accept:
a. That viruses are airborne and cannot be controlled by the daily hygiene regime.

b. That animals can carry a dormant virus in their systems for up to 6 months which can activate at any time. This is out of the control of All Paws.
6. All pets are boarded or otherwise handled and cared for by All Paws staff without responsibility for paralysis tick, canine influenza, injury, fleas, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, due diligence and care having been exercised.

7. The full booked period is charged with no refunds for early returns.

8. In the event of default by you in payment of accounts continuing for 2 weeks, we will, in addition to legal remedies, remove the animals from All Paws.

9. All charges incurred shall be payable upon drop-off of your pets.

10. The signing of this contract shall create a lien over the pet/s in favour of All Paws which shall continue to exist while monies have not yet been paid.

11. You enter the premises of All Paws at your own risk.

12. You authorise your pets image to be used on Social Media

VETERINARY INFORMATION

When making a booking, owners are requested to provide the following information:
  • Vaccination details
  • Veterinarian contact details 
  • Tick and flee prevention status
  • Any special needs.

ANIMAL BEDDING

This request refers to clients wishing to provide us with the bedding normally used by their pet/s. We reserve the right to refuse bedding where we deem it unsuitable or inappropriate for our accommodation facilities or the design and/or condition is not in keeping with our high standards of safety, health and hygiene. Any bedding brought to All Paws and refused must be immediately removed from the premises by the owner or the owner’s agent. Failure to remove such bedding may incur an additional charge for cleaning and/or storage. Please contact us before bringing any bedding.
